I just had one of the best days of my life. Seriously.

Work was a road trip up to Madison, Arlington, and Waupon. Lunch was Pizza Hut and various gas stations.

To everyone who was in my van (at some point and time), thank you. That was one of the most fun times I’ve ever had.

To everyone who killed weeds with me, thank you. You made a difficult task a joy.

Here’s to scaring people in corn, falling, short jokes, sex jokes, “hoes”, being hyper, scaring people in Pizza Hut, group screams for Kat, Jon telling me he loves me because I make him laugh, an hour and a half of talking to Ben, ice cream with the Friday crew, Tiffany’s hat, Jon’s food treats (Hello, Dolly!), Karla’s driving (“THAT WAS THE EXIT!”, two vans in the intersection), Kyle finding the ditch, goofy sing-alongs, blisters, euchre, feet in a box, showing off my toes, Donald’s water tricks, Ethan and no shoes, text messages, the Miller Lite truck, quasi-mooning, Joe yelling out the window at people, Little Mermaid and Winnie the Pooh in the bathroom, buying food for Hazel, Tiffany’s music, the magazine, the dogs!, trailblazing, the “fat” people leaning on the corn, telling Kevin he’s the coolest 13 year-old I know, fighting for hoes (not the yellow triangles!), Hazel’s rings, the “Tuna” truck, Kevin: “Northbound traffic’s a killer.” ::five minutes later:: Jon: “Wow, look at the northbound traffic!”, everyone having to do #2 or puke, Mike’s Hard Lemonade talk, making Jon laugh, “They’re both purple,” the cute argument, “Are we driving over my house?”, Joe sleeping on the sidewalk and then in a bush, laughing my ass off the entire day, and everyone who made the day so awesome.

I will really miss a lot of the people I’ve worked with these past three weeks (not all, mind you!). It feels like it’s been…months. I’ll get to see Ben up in Madison, which is awesome. A lot of people will be back next year and I plan to be. 🙂

Like I said, today I had one of the best days in my entire freaking life. It rocked.

And you know what’s the best part? It’s one of those days where YOU JUST HAD TO BE THERE! 🙂
