I want new lungs… and a hot tub.

I have pneumonia.

In theory. Actually I have no medical insurance and my doctor told me that instead of running chest x-rays and medicating me, we’d just bypass the x-ray and go straight to the medication. Smart lady, that one. Sadly though, if my new antibiotics don’t beat the ass off this bug I’m going to have to ante up and get the x-rays anyway.

Yuk.

Seraphina FrogButt has the cold part of my plague. Stuffy head, cough, etc. She’s been full of stink otherwise, so I have to assume that she’s fine. She’s busy chasing the poor kitten around and tormenting the dogs. They’ve started hiding in my bedroom to escape the terror that is a toddler. I don’t feel too sorry for the critturs though. This is what they get for hacking hairballs on my couch and knocking over the garbage. Karma is a bitch, sometimes.

Brian started his new job today. Yay. I’d be more excited if his new employer actually was doing the stuff they promised him. Jerks.

I’m working on my next RPG, post-apocalyptic World of Darkness. The OLD WoD, not the new and vastly inferior ‘WoD for Dummies’. I’m having great fun plotting and planning. At least it keeps my mind off the lung that I just coughed up.
