why is everyone getting married?

having kids?

I understand doing it someday,

but I guess I’m at a point in my life where all of those grown up things seem so far away.

It’s weird coming back home and people I went to school with are married/having kids.

my aunt always reminds me she was my age when she had my cousin.

She’s also been a stay at home mom, entirely financially dependent on my uncle.

It’s just never something I could do.

My brother pointed out to me today that the number of failed relationships I’ve had equals the amount of cats I own.
