Survey Time!

It looks like it’s going to be a busy day here at the center, but if it’s not I’ll come back and post a real entry at a later time. Until then here is a survey for all to enjoy!

1. What real name would you hate to be called?

I’m kinda happy with the name I have. I feel for the people who were born in the 60’s and called flower or sunny. Those poor souls…

2. If you died, which place would you hate to be buried at?

I’m not too concerned with what happens to my corpse after I pass away. Maybe I’ll donate it to science for study…

3. Which Skittle tastes the worst?

They all do. That stuff is nasty and quite disgusting.

4. Where is the worst place to go on a date?

A bar. Anyone who thinks taking a lady to a smokey place with people drinking and making a rukus is romantic, then you are need of help. If you want to make an impression, you take someone to a nice place to eat where they only serve a fine wine and that will do much better.

5. What’s the most obnoxious clique out there, why?

That would be religion. Christians, Muslims, and all of them in general. Many of them have their nice people who are with good intentions… but there are too many people who are using their good books to declare wars and justify a lot of hate. It’s the reason why I reject them all.

6. What’s your least favorite outfit that you still wear to this day?

I don’t have one. If I don’t like it… I don’t keep it.

7. What is your most hated book ever read & why?

I’m not too impressed with most of the works by Dickens. One thing I hate more than anything else is a writer who uses five pages to describe what a room looks like. When dialogue between characters are few and far between… the book is a drag and with the exception of the Christmas Story, most of Dicken’s works are like that. I was reading one for a class when a roomie revealed to me that when he was writing, Dickens was paid by the word. Then it all made sense…

8. Who is your biggest enemy, why?

I don’t think I have one person who would qualify as my biggest enemy. I’m not the kind of person to hold a grudge… I could sprout off the usual cliches but I’m not going there either.

9. What’s your favorite fast food meal?

Taco Bell. I can’t stand the fact that there isn’t one here on the island and I never had a chance to get some when I was in TO this year.

10. What color is your most loved hair brush?

Don’t really have one, just use whatever is there.

11. What’s the age range of your TV/movie crush?

Mid to late thirties. Turns out the hollywood women that I currently dig (Uma Thurman, Kate Winslet) are either my age or just a little older.

12. What is your favorite type of dinosaur?

I like the T-Rex… kinda like me. Eats meat, gets a little peeved easily and rules the world (or at least thinks he does).

13. What is your favorite animal?

Dogs. I had some very cool dogs when I was growing up. I can tell that Ethan wants his own puppy but we can’t right now cause we don’t live in a place that is good for a dog. Maybe in the future.

14. What color is your most loved pair of underwear?

I’m not picky… if it’s clean and doesn’t itch, I like it!

15. Favorite time to go outside?

Lunch time. Cause the day isn’t too old and it won’t get dark too soon after going out.

16. What color/brand is the ugliest pair of shoes you own?

I don’t have one like that. I only have two pairs of shoes, and I like them both so this question doesn’t apply to me.

17. What’s the most obnoxious thing you’ve ever done in a store?

Turkey bowling.

18. What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done in a restauraunt?

Started a food fight.

19. What is your worst habit?

I have one habit, and it was a hard one to break. I used to collect Beanie Babies. I’m not kidding. Back in 98, I had a collection of over 200 of the furry little things. I was trading and selling the good ones off for a massive profit. I would buy a few her and get my dad to sell them in the US for a 1000% profit. I was making a mint, but I was hooked on the things as well.

Not only did I use them to make money, but I also kept a personal collection that was quite impressive. My most valuable beanie fielded offeres as high as $300 US, but I never got rid of him. When I eventually sold off my collection, that little expensive dude went to my Mom for her collection.

I’m tempted to by some, now that they have lowered in value and would be easier to pick up again, but have resisted so far. The last one I bought was last year, a whale with a white sailor hat on. I ripped the tags off and gave it to Ethan. It’s one of his favorite toys…

20. What is your favorite, most embarassing song that you’d die if anyone else found out?

Purple Rain. Almost every song on that album is killer. I have it on CD and vinal.

21. What’s the weirdest turn-on you have?

I don’t have any weird ones… just the normal turns ons work for me.

22. Who do you think is the sexiest cartoon character?

Ariel from the little mermaid. Man she is super hot!

23. What is the meanest thing you have ever said to a friend?

The truth.

24. What is your favorite food to gorge out on?

Chicken wings. Love them in all flavors… especially honey garlic.

25. What is the worst thing you’ve ever done in school and got away with it?

Something to do with the school horse being left in the Principal’s office. I hear the horse left something in the office for him too…

26. What is the worst item of clothing you got away with wearing at school?

A t-shirt that said ‘satan rules’. The teachers were not too impressed with it. I don’t have it anymore but wish I did cause it’s a nice thing to wear when religious people show up at your door to recruit.

27. How long was the longest time you’ve ever taken a shower/bath?

For a shower, usually half hour to forty five minutes. I don’t like baths, so that part of the quesiton doesn’t apply.

28. What item do you waste the most money on?</b

I think I answered that question with my habit question. But I do understand the question. I do waste money when I shouldn’t, but latelly I haven’t had much of a chance to do that. I’ve been spending it all on stuff the family needs. The last time I made a huge wasteful purchase, it was the Playstation 2 back in March. That was a good purchase cause every now and then I like to play a few games just to distract myself when the kids are sleeping and when Leah is on the computer.
