Snow on the ground…

We finally have enough snow on the ground for it to stay longer than a day. While I long for warmer weather, I cannot complain if the first significant snowfall is beyond the new year. It’s been a good winter thus far and I would rather not complain at this point. Hopefully spring will come soon and I’ll be able to crank up the AC sooner rather than later.

I have the boys this weekend, and the best part about the new job is that I get every other weekend off. The new company was also willing to match my weekends with the kids so I wouldn’t have to change them which would have caused a lot of conflict with the ex. I appreciate the help they are providing, but my hours aren’t as full time as I was hoping they would be. Right now I’m only clearing about 20-25 hours a week. While not as much as I was hoping for, it’s still better than what the other centers was offering, which was nothing.

So I’m home with the boys… enjoying their company and playing around. I got some new videos to watch with them and should have a great time. I hope everyone else has a great weekend, and I’ll be around. Until then… take care!
