Post November Nano Update!!

I hate it when a month flies by and I can’t find the energy, time, or will power to post a single entry here.

The good news is however, I did a lot of work while I was away. I got a few comic books written, and worked on this year’s nano.

As for this year’s Nano… the result was a lot better than last year.

This time last year, I failed to cross the 50,000 word finish line for the first time in 14 years. To be fair though, I was still recovering from a stroke and barely had full movement back in my right hand. I still tried anyway, thinking some words written was better than none because at least I was still here and able to write. This year however, I was determined to do better, and while I came very close to the deadline which was midnight tonight, I crossed that finish line and wrote my 50K this year. The story is a bit of a mess, needs serious revisions and more chapters, but it’s still there… and it is a good step in the right direction.

I feel bad that I didn’t post a single entry all month, cause if feels like I’m taking OD for granted again. Truth is, posting anything has been difficult since the stroke and I’m finding it hard to motivate myself to sit down to write, let alone write.

I’ll try to do better in December, and post more updates on what has been going on the last few months and what to expect when the new year, and new decade starts next month.

Until then OD, I hope everyone is well and doing their thing.
