Blogathon # 18: Hmmmm… Pizza

Time: 7:04pm Island Time (5:34pm EST)

Someone made a suggestion to get pizza. Tempting, but at the moment I don’t have to funds to make that happen. Maybe next time I’ll plan to set aside some cash to do that next time. I had planned to do a pizza picture series so people could watch the pizza disappear one piece at a time, but I don’t think that’s going to happen anymore. We’ll have to see…

I do have some snacks here to help me. I have some chocolate waffers in my knapsack. Origianlly bought to munch on at work, I’ll have them now while spitting out a few entries. There are also nacho chips in the cupboard, along with some salsa, cheese and sour creme. I will be making nachos sometime tonight and I will use my digital camera to document their consumption.

We’ve had a lot of rain today, but thankfully the tempature has been really low so there hasn’t been any thunder or lightnning. It’s still a little warm, but not to the point where we have to blast the fans or anything. Might get there tomorrow, but not today. Later on this week is the St.John’s Regatta, and everyone is hoping for good weather that day. The Regatta is an annual rowing tournament, one of the oldest sporting events in North America. I’m working that day so I’ll be getting double time, but Leah and the kids might go if the weather is all right.

So right now, I’m just coasting from entry to entry. Ethan is up and making a racket as usual and Leah is taking care of Jonathan. Things are a little tense her but we’ll take care of it. I see a light at the end of the tunnel. It will be 9pm before ya know it! See everyone in 30 mins!
