Big Brother 7 Update (Major Spoilers)

WARNING: Just a quick note before I get into everything here. I am going to post major spoilers to what happened last night during the HOH competition after BB7 went off the air. If you want to wait until Sunday’s show to find out who won and it’s aftermath, you might want to skip this entry. Don’t say I didn’t warn you…)

As BB7 went off the air, the houseguests were hanging out on the large spider web trying to be the last person hanging to win the Head of Household competition. Viewers were also left hanging as the show ended in mid competition without revealing a winner.

Here are details of what happened after the show went off the air:

6:15 PM: This is when the first person falls off, and that happens to be the Evil Doctor… Will. After falling off, he’s selected to pick one of the five eggs for a possible prize, and he picks a rotten one. This means he gets nothing and it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. After getting a rotten egg, Will decides to go back to the kitchen for a bite. While getting something to eat, Janelle tells him about the questions Julie asked her having a possible crush on him. Will doesn’t seem fazed by this and shrugs if off by saying that Julie doesn’t watch the show anyway. Janelle seems worried that her boyfriend might get upset about all this talk about her and Will. The good doctor tires to get her to admit she has a little crush, but she refuses.

Meanwhile back out on the spider web…

6:45 PM: Nothing significant has happened. The web has shaked and moved around again a few times. The contestents were also sprayed a second time, and from the looks on everyone’s faces, the goo isn’t that pleasent to eat or smell. But after a few moments, they’re relaxes and doing all right. It appears the tortures of Big Brother paled in comparison when George suddenly passes gas. The fart causes a lot of the people on the rope to shift around and try to get away from George.

7:00 PM: All but Will are still left in the game. Marcellas is whining that the goo they’re sprayed with is ruining his $200 belt.

7:40 PM: Janelle comes back out and reads a set of rule changes to those still left on the web:

“Houseguets will now have one minute to re-position themselves. You may no longer sit on the web. You must now hang from your arms and legs.”

This makes this a little sticker for those on the web as they can’t lounge out and must stand on their hands and feet while hanging on for dear life. This makes a few quick eliminations as James falls off next. James is then prompted to select an egg. The one he picks is the “Nullify an Eviction Vote” prize. This pretty much means that during one vote, James has the power to kick out someone’s vote to turn the count in his favor. No doubt James will save that for when his own hide is on the line or if it suits his purposes.

After James has eliminated another egg, only three remain. With that in mind, Will starts to heckle those remaining on the web. He tells them all that the next person who falls off has a 1 in 3 chance of winning $10,000. Will then tries to get BB7 to elimiate Howie, claiming that he had his hand on the red rope. He’s calling for BB to make an offical call for them. His pleas fall on deaf ears and Howie remains in the game.

7:47 PM: Mike is the next to fall off the web. He opens up an egg and wins… 10,000 dollars! Will amd Mike seem to celebrate while the others continue to hang on.

7:55 PM: Kaysar falls off the web. Kaysar selects an egg and it’s rotten… meaning he gets nothing. This also means that the last egg is the slop pass and everyone tells George to go for it… so he no longer has to eat slop. George seems more interested in winning HOH instead.

7:57 PM: Marcellas is out next and gets the last egg, which does indeed have the slop pass. Too bad George never too the advice cause he falls out less than a minute after Marcelles, but gets nothing cause there are no eggs left. So it’s now down to Erika, Danielle and Howie.

8:00 PM Howie grimaces in pain as the rope cuts into his arms. Boogie is making fun of Howie saying that he doesn’t stand a chance cause the chicks (Dani and Erica) have better chance to hang on cause their body doesn’t weigh as much.

8:06 PM: Turns out Boogie is right as Howie drops to the mat and is eliminated! With Danielle and Erika remaining, it guarentees that someone from BB6 will not with HOH for the first time!

8:08 PM: Danielle is talking to Erika, both are looking like they could drop at any moment. Danielle tells Erica that she is 100% safe and that she will have no fear of being nominated this week. This seems good enough for Erica cause she drops off the ropes and gives up.

The contest is over: Danielle is the new Head of Household.

After the competition, the HG’s are told that they food restriction is over at everyone can eat and drink as normal… expect for George who is still on slop. Everyone seems eager to congradulate George for doing such a great job…. which is true cause after you deduct Will and Boogie, he did outlasted Kaysar, James and Marcellas.

Things get interesting as the Stock Room is suddenly loaded with chips, cookies Coke, melons, and best of all PIZZA! Erika’s in the gym with Boogie who once again is giggling with joy. In what I consider to be one of the most selfless acts this season so far, Marcellas gives George his Slop Pass! George tries to refuse the pass, saying that Marcellas should save it to save himself from slop, but he insisted george take it so he could have pizza with everyone else. George gets choked up and says it’s the nicest thing anyone has done for him. I think everyone else will when they watch it on Sunday. George does take the pass and use it so he can eat with everyone else.

So that’s the update for now. Danielle is the HOH and George is off the slop… for now.

Peter
