An evening with Rascal Flatts…
Several months ago during their $20 special, I bought a lone ticket for a concert that was at the very end of Summer. I got a single ticket to check out Rascal Flatts at Budweiser Stage in Toronto, a show which took place yesterday.
With the kids back at school, and most of my work done, I took the day off and went to the big city to check out a killer country concert. So it was back to Bud State for the last time in 2019…
So this was a killer concert, with three acts and great music from start to finish.
The first act was an Aussie performer named Morgan Evans. I heard of some of his stuff, and he’s a very cool singer. He reminds me of Keith Urban when he first started so that was a very cool act to open the show with.
The Second act of the show was Jordan Davis, who I had heard of but hadn’t listened to a lot of his stuff. He was a pretty heavy rocker kind of Country singer, but I like his stuff too. I’m going to look him up on youtube and check him out in the near future. Maybe even download a few tunes I liked from itunes.
Then came the big act. I have never seen Rascal Flatts before, but I heard they put on quite an amazing show. I had wanted to see them in years earlier, but was happy to finally check them out last night, and I wasn’t disappointed. The crowd were deeply involved and made the show that much more enjoyable. Rascal Flatts rocked the 416 last night and here is the setlist of the killer songs they performed lased night.

We had clear skies which I was very thankful for because they had been calling for rain, so we all lucked out.
I really enjoyed the show and had a great time. My only regret was that I went solo to the concert. I wish I had someone to take with me, but that might not be the case next time. I’ll have to save that for another entry, but I have some exciting updates to share where that is concerned.
Until then, everyone take care!
Peter
