Awesome stuff. Keep it coming.

Woah.

Anyone who owns 8 homes should automatically get a zero rating on their environmental record.
Warning Comment
I can’t wait for the McCain Derangement Syndrome that will follow his election. Awesome stuff here, keep it coming.

I don’t want to sound self satisfied BUT I knew all these things. McCain absurdly claims he is more like us regular folks than Obama. McCain got into the Naval Academy because his father and grandfather were admirals. He graduated at the bottom of his class. Obama was brought up by his lower middle class grandparents and worked and studied to get into college. You decide who’s a regularfolk.

thank you for posting this, it was awesome! i wasnt going to vote for mccain before, but i definitely wont now. hahaha i also agree with Tiny Void!!

I am working on owning 8 homes… it should be anytime now… in around 2000 years…

SK’s an ass. He deserves to live under rethuglican rule. The rest of us, however, will be celebrating when Obama is elected.

This reminds me: I’ve been wondering what your reaction was to both PETA and the Westboro “Baptist” Church using poor Tim McLean’s funeral to further their own agendas. I read the articles, and it hit me that I’d love to get your take on it.

I’m sure you’ve already read about it, but just in case: PETA: http://news.aol.ca/article/peta-links-beheading-to-animal-abuse/304144/ Westboro: http://news.aol.ca/article/church-to-picket-bus-victims-funeral/305619/

Yes!

There are plenty of reasons to not like McCain but you’re doing little more than citing reasons why liberals shouldn’t like him. What’s the point in doing that, liberals already don’t like him? As for his opposition to MLK Day, it’s a justifiable position. Must we have Federal holidays for every man who ever lived? Was MLK’s goal to get a Federal holiday in his honor? I don’t really think so.
Warning Comment
NL: I’ve read that something like 20 percent of Hillary supporters have said they will vote for McCain. While Hillary’s hardly a liberal, some of her voters are. Some liberals and independents actually buy into his ‘maverick’ brand myth.
Warning Comment
How many of Hillary’s supporters who are allegedly going to vote for McCain are really voting against Obama? I suspect quite a few of them, if not most of them. Hillary’s people hate Obama and they see his defeat as the opening for her to win the White House in 2012. So their votes for McCain, if they actually go through with it, won’t so much be for McCain as they are against Obama. I suspect that if McCain had been a conservative they would suck it up and voted for Obama. But McCain is the kind of Republican the NY Times likes, so he’s at least acceptable to these people for four years before their old broad wins the White House.

Great entry! Thanks!
Warning Comment
Whew! Well, McCain would never have gotten my vote anyway. The one about him making Cheney looking like Ghandi really scares the shorts off me!!
Warning Comment
… and anyone who voted against the MLK holiday will never get my support. Period!
