- I am home and I am aching all over. I don’t think flying home in the late evening is a Good Thing for me. I run out of energy about 4 pm on most days and sitting for a couple of hours in two airports and on two planes in the evening was not easy.
- However, I did have enough energy to go out for lunch today with Diane but not enough to go to a thrift shop after lunch!
- I have the heat on!
- It is 9:25 pm. I am having to make an effort to stay up until 10:00 pm
- Tomorrow I have to get a few groceries–bread and milk if nothing else…
Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone. ~Fred Rogers (Mr. Rogers)
If I am not for myself, who will be for me? And when I am for myself, what am ‘I’? And if not now, when?
