What I Have Done Today So Far…

1. Went to leave some money {about half the cost} of my new computer at the computer place, but didnt get to talk to the tech woman because she was out installing someone else’s machine…

2. Went to the theater and got a ticket to see Odetta on Thursday. I am going by myself because my partner says he feels really nervous about walking around in a dark theater with a walking cast on. He will take me and come to pick me up after the show so I won’t have to worry about parking.

3. Washed two days of dishes before I went out this morning. It is my week to cook and I like a nice clean kitchen to start with.

4. Packed up two weeks of newspapers for recycling. This would be an easy job if I would only do it every day.

5. Walked around the Church St. Market Place which is very pretty, very touristy and very expensive. I looked at a lot but bought only one thing…a successful trip!

6. Bought a wall-basket which was on sale at Pier One. It is ideal for my hair accessories which are cluttering up the top of the toilet tank right now.

7. Called my sister in England. It is her birthday . Had a nice chat with her and her husband.

8. Went to the bank and confessed I had forgotten my password to access the accounts. Got a new password but now I find the page itself isn’t available {Insert deep sigh in here}

9. Bought a few groceries including watercress. I will chop this up and mix it with cream cheese for sandwiches for lunch today and toss the rest into the salad tonight.

Well, the title says “so far…” but I guess this is it for the day. It is after 1 pm and I am out of energy…
