What I Did Today

  • I vacuumed the living room floor first. Next it was dry mopped and then wet mopped. After thefloor was dry, I dusted and tidied up. Tidying up means basically rearranging our piles of stuff in neat piles!
  • After that we went to the grocery store to get lots of pizza to feed our company when they arrive tomorrow evening. We also got a box of clementines, some beer and soft drinks and some wine.
  • Tomorrow I will clean the dining room  floor and give a quick wipe-over to the bathroom and kitchen.
  • And somewhere in there, I went outside for a 20 minute walk.
  • I am exhausted.

You have been working hard these couple of days! Who is coming to visit? (I only asked cuz I think in your last entry you said someone was…. I don’t generally do a darn bit of cleaning when someone’s coming to visit! :oO !!) hugs, Weesprite (hoping you sleep very well tonight, after all that!)

Goodness, that’s a lot of work. You deserve a rest.

ryn: no…it wasn’t me. But I did call Kendra’s teacher today to see if she was calling…and apparently she did.

I don’t blame you for being exhausted!

WOW! I have NEVER been able to do much cleaning or clearing – not my strength. I think all the walking is giving you more strength and stamina.

Hope you guys have a nice Thanksgiving Day. (I’m getting more and more jealous of your Kindle. I just checked and the wait is 11-13 weeks! Guess I won’t be getting one for Christmas.

RYN: It’s a one off pen illustration, coloured on the computer. I’d like to get back to actual painting, but at the moment I’ve no where to paint and I’ve little time anyway. Maybe after Christmas I’ll get back into it.
