The Corner is Ready…
I got the corner where the green chair used to be cleaned out. I carried down three boxes of old magazines and one big plastic bag of stuff that is not recycleable. I got down on the floor and cleaned dust off everything insight–mostly books. Now there is a nice clean place for my new desk when Fred puts it together for me.
I walked twice today but I was just too tired when it came to going out the third time. Getting down on the floor is about the only time where I really feel my age. Although I took lots of breaks, I was tired when everything was done. But it does look nice!
I got sepia drawing pens in the mail today just in time to take them to England with me. I am going to take my small drawing book and these pens in my carry-on and the bigger pad and the pencils will be packed in my suitcase.
Tomorrow:
- wash dishes
- bring the watermelon up from downstairs
- take two walks
- I just remembered I could have gone into college today and got the picture I did for the final exam! So, I will do that tomorrow.
Until later…
I like your journal. Your writing is very fluent.
