Sunday

Where on earth has this day gone to!

I got up about 9 am which is late for me and did a 30 minute walk. I put the ingredients for a white loaf into the bread machine and went off for my massage. I got back in time to take the bread out and wash a huge pile of dishes. Later I went for another short stroll with my camera.

I tried a new recipe–cheese and onion–for the second loaf of bread and I smell it baking now. When it has finished, I will go to bed. I feel very tired although I can’t point to anything strenuous I have done.

Tomorrow I tutor Robin at 10 am and wash a huge pile of laundry.

Until later…

Ah, the never ending laundry stuff.

ryn: Spatchcocked: cut all along the backbone, flattened out (using two skewers if necessary, to keep it flat), then grilled. Half an hour on each side usually does it!

ryn: It’s a great poem, isn’t it? It can really make you realize how much strength you have within.
