Short Bits
I have just been out walking for the third time today which brings my day’s steps tp a little over 10,000. 
. And that is it! I am officially a slug for the rest of the day. Make that a very tired slug…
Still no news from Mike and Melanie re the baby. I hope all is well… I was talking with one of my neighbors when I was out this morning and another neigh bor came running across the road thinking we had news…
It has been a gorgeous day today with sunshine and a cool breeze. It has been a pleasure to walk today. Tomorrow we go back to 85 I believe. This will be bearable as long as the humidity is low but I think it is going to go back up again…
I really have nothing to say at all… and I bet you have noticed that!

Thanks for the baby update. Hope everything’s ok. Good for you on those steps. I need to hunt up my pedometer – it doesn’t work very well. But I need NEED to get walking.

Hot?? Hot?? Think about your poor sons in good ole Mississippi…Friday the heat index was 101-105 in some places…It’s not hot there 🙂
