Short

VERY  short update because there is a bed calling my name!

Fred’s daughter took me with her to the hospital to see him. The place where he is is MILES from the parking lot so we got a wheelchair for me and she wheeled me with great elan!

He is MUCH better and he told me this was the first day he has started to feel hopeful again. He stood up with a walker this morning and was almost able to hold up his own weight. He is prepared to go to rehab {which I thought he NEVER would}. It will be a while, but he will go.

Diane {daughter} and I went out to eat and had a good time. We are going to do the eat-out again next week and it will be my turn to pay. We went to a nice Chinese restaurant I have been to before and they are now also doing Thai food so we had some which was lovely!

Bed, bed, bed! I gotta go to bed! Even being wheeled around has tired me…

I’m glad that Fred is doing better. Going out for Thai food was a nice thing for you both.

Great to hear Fred’s doing better but you take care of yourself as well!

Please give Fred a hug for us and for you too. It just wears me out sitting with my husband thru some procedure that takes 3 hours. I hate hospitals and clinics anyway. Maybe why it is so exhausting!
