Quick Update

Quick summary of the last few days. Monday I went to physical therapy—a lot of hard work. I was going to show Nancy {physical therapist} my Kindle but I had left it in my purse locked in the trunk of my car. I took myself to lunch and then did some bits-and-pieces shopping.

Yesterday was laundry. It all got washed, dried and out away successfully. I have begun cleaning out the bedroom. Last night I cleaned out three drawers and started a throw-this-stuff-away bag…

Today I have more PT at 10 am. In addition to my bathing suit and towel, I need to remember to take my Kindle in with me!

i find that putting away the laundry is the hardest part. so, i force myself to fold and put away as soon as it’s done. i saw my sister’s kindle while on the trip. maybe once they come down in price, i’ll get myself one. take care,

I see that the new kindle is bigger and has newspapers on it.

oh no….you’ve reminded me that before Joey leaves for Boot Camp at the end of July, I MUST get him to thoroughly clean out his bedroom, since Carrie and family will be coming for a visit a month later and there’s not even room for a person to SLEEP in there, hardly!! :oO !! hugs, Nicky

Happy Tenth!

I *hate* putting the laundry away. My goal for the summer is to just make myself do it *right* when the dryer buzzes. That way there’s no lag time and I can’t “forget”.

Laundry is a PITA. Our dryers never do the job right so when I bring the basket upstairs I have to hang everything up to finish drying… and most of the time it never actually makes it into the drawers before we wear it again! (huggles)

ryn: Thank you Patricia. I needed that. Why is it that drs can make us doubt ourselves so much. He has no more authority on the subject that any one else in reality. So. Thank you. And I need to finish my washing and finish tidying the bedroom. You reminded me.

I love getting rid of stuff. I hate clutter. I want a Kindle!
