More Stuff…

Hmmm, this is weird. I managed to do that separate background thingy one time but never again?  I wonder if it has anything to do with the changes the DM has made recently. This seems to be very much a fix-one-thing-and-mess-up-another thing! Good heavens! I saved this and it worked! This is an experiment, folks. I know this is not a good background!{Too busy}

I walked up to the auto supply store to get the chamois cloth that was on the art supply list {and, to answer a question, I have NO idea what we will use this for} and stopped by the flower shop on the way. A few days ago–well, actually before Mother’s Day} I had arranged for a living plant with flowers to be sent to my sister in England. Now, the question I had was since the money had been deducted from my account, why had my sister not got her plant? As soon as I walked in, she said, "You have come to ask about your plant, haven’t you!" It turns out that the only flower shop that delivers in my sister’s area had been closed for a few days and was opening today! She couldn’t call me to tell me because the teenager who had taken my order had not written down my number. She had got my name from the credit card receipt but it didn’t help her because our phone is listed in Fred’s name!  So, my sister should get her plant in a few days.

Unfortunately, it seems that some time in the future, Fred and I will be dealing with dialysis for his kidneys. We were supposed to go to a meeting that would tell us all about what is available for him next Friday at the same time as I have my art class {the local one.} I have given Fred a list of times when I will not be available and he is going to call back and change this meeting to a time when I can come.

Until later..

I like your background; it’s quite lovely. Gee, I’m glad your sister will finally be getting her plant….but really hope that Fred won’t end up having to take dialysis. Here’s wishing both of you a lovely evening. hugs, Weesprite

Could the chamois be for blending charcoal? I have some in one of my art supplies box and it has black smudges on it, so I’m thinking that’s what it is.

I see only lavender type in the entry background… nothing else. Is that what you’re talking about? And sorry that Fred has to go to dialysis…. wish he didn’t have to do that.

I liked the backround but having a problem with reading your entry. : ) *huggs*

It is a beautiful background but you’re right…too busy to make the entry easily readable! Hope the dialysis goes well……………………..

Good luck with the dialysis. How’s your art coming?

I really like this background. It may not be the best for the main background, but it might look good on your menu.

Geez, too busy is right! I can’t even read your entry. (I still love the loaf of bread, though!)

I went to Vermont once. It’s not as nice as Nottingham, though, of course. I’m sure the pubs and curry houses aren’t in the same league.

I like the purple. 🙂 I just got a skirt that has purple butterflies on it.

Hope all goes well with Fred.

I do like the background! 🙂 RYN: Thanks for the note. I understand that while I am living with them I must abide by their rules. I am working on saving money so that I can move out. As long as I am home, I will never re-gain my sanity. lol 🙂 Have a good day. 🙂 Josh

I assume the busy background is gone… at least I can’t see it.

I’m glad your sister is getting her plant and that they knew what you wanted when you went in
