  • I took the last of the Go-Away-UTI prescription pills a few minutes ago. Today I woke up with energy and got some things done. So, do you suppose these two things may be related?
  • I have awesome neighbors. Today one of them came over and cleaned all the floors while I had gone to see Fred!
  • Fred and I had a really good talk today.
  • It is getting cooler here. I went on line and bought myself a couple  of turtleneck sweaters.

Tomorrow’s jobs:

  1. Wash and dry at least one load of clothes.
  2. Call the City Clerk and organize what needs to be done to get Fred an absentee ballot.
  3. Locate the bits and pieces that Fred wants me to bring when I go to see him around one-ish. {He has one session  of PT before lunch and another after… }

Sometime in the next few days:

  • Clean the fridge.
  • Find  a good recipe or two for the chicken breasts I bought yesterday
  • Call landlord about the ceiling tiles in the bedroom which are still hanging down..

breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.

Have you ever made chicken stroganoff? It’s great made with chicken breasts, and you can make enough for multiple meals. Let me know if you want the recipe.

I’m thinking of some kind of breaded parmesan chicken, baked, with a side salad.

Wow, your neighbors are fantastic! I love people who just come in and HELP instead of saying “if you need me to do anything, let me know”….. cuz sometimes it’s hard to think WHAT you need…. :o) !! Fred is sure on a rigorous PT schedule. The rehab must be a very good one, and that is GREAT! hugs, Nicky

Here’s a yummy recipe for deboned chicken breasts. Rub mayonnaise on both sides. Dip in cracker crumbs. I use Liebers. Bake at 400. Turn after ten minutes. So that’s ten minutes each side.

You sound like a new woman! Glad things are going well. PT is good….you can accomplish so much more when someone is pushing you than you can on your own!

Goodness, now i’m thinking of cooking chicken, also. Ginger’s way sounds easy. Good for Fred on the PT! That’s pretty intense! Your neighbors are fantastic.
