1. One of my favorite science fiction trilogies is the Tamir trilogy by Lynn Flewelling. Much to my pleasure, I found that book 2, The Hidden Warrior and book 3 Oracle’s Queen  have been recently Kindleized. Unfortunately, Book 1, The Bone-Doll’s Twin is not.
2. I started on Season 4 of  "House, MD"  a few days ago and was annoyed to find the last disk badly scratched and skipping. However, Amazon’s customer service is EXCELLENT. I have the set packed up and waiting to be taken to the post office {hopefully on Monday} and another set is already on its way to me. Not only does the Amazon site print out a free shipping label for me, but also a copy of the original paperwork . This was a relief because I tend not to keep that stuff and it has to be put in the box with the DVDs I am returning.
3. I was booked to have a massage today. Unfortunately, it snowed, a LOT and our landlord has gone skiing. {I am assuming this since he is a skier and he left early.} Anyway, there is no way I would feel comfortable about getting out of the drive with a couple of feet of snow there, and driving to Burlington. So, I called Beth and rescheduled.
4. If the landlord doesn’t clear away the snow this evening, I have already decided that I will walk to the post office on Monday with the DVDs. I have boots and I have Yak Trax! Going there is all downhill. Which, of course, means coming back isn’t!  Anyway, walking is what is in my mind right now but I reserve the right to change my mind…
5. Time to get on the treadmill for a bit…
