So after a somewhat sleepless night worrying about why I can’t register on line, I finally print out a copy of the page where it says that the registration failed, and trot myself out to college to see what is the problem.
And of course, it is me not reading instructions carefully yet one more time!
The enrollment starts on JULY 24th , and not on June 24th !
But, looking on the bright side, I have got the process down pat, now! 
I picked up my silver necklace with the engraving and it was very nicely done.

I am off to read my book.
