Giovedi is Thursday

I may have mentioned a time or two that my surgery is next Tuesday, right? So, when do you think I am going to get a time for this? Why, on Monday, of course. The nurse who interviewed me over the phone yesterday told me that. Hmmm, it all seems a trifle disorganized to me.

Yesterday I said I was going to do nothing, and I did mostly that. I did however first load the bread machine with ingredients for a mostly-whole-wheat loaf and then when that was done, for a raisin bread loaf. Today, the main thing on the agenda is to get my hair cut shorter. I will probably start on the house cleaning by starting on the floors today, too. Fred cleared off the whole table yesterday! I walked by it and did a double-take!

I am NOT looking forward to company this weekend, but Fred was right. This will definitely take my mind off the upcoming surgery!

get hair cut
call Lenscrafters re the second pair of glasses
get bedroom, hall and workroom floors done as the minimum.
remind landlord about hand-held shower in bathroom {I heard him coming downstairs and dashed out and caught him! He says he will do it this weekend}

I wonder why they put off scheduling until the last minute. weird!

I miss fresh bread. I used to make it all by hand, and I stil have a bag of yeast sitting in my freezer. How long do they say it will take you to recover from the surgery?

They schedule C-sections like that too…only I didnt find out what time mine was until the day OF. Disorganized indeed. That bread sounds wonderful!!
