My comment on this:  Si, fa troppo per andare per una camminta fuori oggi, ma  andavo per una camminata oggi ad ogni modo. Yes, it is too cold to go for a walk outside today but I went for a walk outside anyway.

I wrote a long entry this morning but when I came to save it, OD hiccupped and it was gone! The really annoying part of this was that I had a premonition about this and actually thought, "Wait, I had better copy this to the clipboard…" but I dismissed the thought.

Anyway, I did go for a walk this morning but it was very short. When Leslie called, I told her my leg felt fine but once I started walking, I realized it was not completely back to normal. Anyway, we walked a short distance which is better than nothing, which was what I did the day before! Actually, I chose to stay in my pajamas all day yesterday which can be fun when it is something deliberately chosen. I seldon do this because not showering or dressing are two of the symptoms I watch for because they are part of my depression syndrome. But when one does it deliberately, a day in bright red pjs decorated with penguins can be fun!

Fred is off buying groceries so I am keeping an ear open for when he gets in and I will go out and unload the car and put them away. I am glad I no longer have to go downstairs before unloading and putting away. I just went into the kitchen to check on the bread and to prop open the outside door to make it easier for him to get in with the first bags and for me with the subsequent bags. We have got this system down to a fine art. Ok, I just heard his car I think…Look at your zipper. See the initials YKK? It stands for Yoshida Kogyo Kabushibibaisha, the world’s largest zipper manufacturer.
