New hot water tank? Yes!
Hot water? Of course not. First, it was lukewarm. Next, it was less than lukewarm.
Our landlord has been called and has said he will call the gas people tomorrow. And that means, if course, I cannot go out tomorrow early as I was planning to do to look at treadmills…
And you don’t want to know how long it has been since I have had a real shower.

I vote that you use the landlord’s shower. That ought to get him off the stick. It might be something as simple as turning up the thermostat. Have you checked the dial to see what it reads? Mine says something like Warm, Hot, Hotter, or something equally as moronic. Crank it up a notch and see what happens.
