Another Monday Entry

My mind seems to be stuck on lists so…

Tomorrow:

  • shower and wash hair
  • go for a walk
  • go to Walmart for sugar bowl, oven mitts and something else that is on my written list but that I can’t remember.
  • Go to Circuit City and/or Best Buy and look at the iPod Shuffle.   {Are you hearing that little icon with the hearts is making occasional kissing noises?}

Today has been one of those days when I have eaten very odd meals. Breakfast was a piece of toast and raspberry jelly and an orange. Lunch was a big bowl of salad and this evening, I have eaten one and a half sandwiches with home-made bread, Marmite and cheddar cheese followed by an apple.

I have walked twice today . The first walk was this morning and was at 3 mph for 30 minutes. This afternoon was more of a stroll–as much as one can stroll when the temperature dropped into the 40’s–and I took my camera. It wasn’t a particularly good day for photographs since it was raining this morning and cloudy this afternoon but I got a couple of pictures of the lilac buds that are braving the cold weather.

Until later…

Is marmite similar to vegemite? Be well,

April 25, 2005

this marmite sounds a lot like something with mites in it… yikes.

I’ll have to go to the English store and buy a small jar of Marmite. I hear it’s an acquired taste.

What is the IPOD shuffle?

I can’t get marmite in the grocery stores in this tiny town I call home. I miss it!

Yes, a consistent theme. I wish I had your motivation to artwork. Are you familiar with Abraham Maslow? I’m interested in what you make think of his ideas because you experiance in life as opposed to the other people on this site. I’ve been working really hard towards a greater spiritual fufillment; not neccessarily religious, but finding my own peace. — Mark

I know you NEED that Ipod Shuffle. I don’t hear the kissing noises, but I can imagine. 🙂
