An ITunes Question

I have an ITunes account. Until a few days ago, I was able to put music in my cart and after contemplating it for a few days, download it. Now, suddenly, I can’t download from my cart at all. If I go to preferences and eliminate the cart, I can download straight to my computer. But I don’t want to do it that way. I want to be able to contemplate the music in my cart and then download it!  I have read somewhere about this problem. There is a work-around, I know, so…

Anyone ??

In other news, we had a water leak under the sink this morning, or at least, we found it this morning. And the landlord had fixed it by this evening!

I just download iTunes straight to my computer.

I never thought about that; I purchase and the songs come in right away. HMMMM. Hope you find the answer. I use i-tunes often.

Sorry, I know nothing about I Tunes. I hope to learn, though. My son just gave me his old unit. I don’t have earbuds yet, though, so I can’t even listen to it.

I think I have the solution to the iTunes problem. First, launch iTunes. Next, go to iTunes preferences and click on “Store”. Click on the button that says “Buy using a Shopping Cart”. Hope this works. If it does not, leave another post about the problem on your diary and I’ll see if there is something else that needs to checked, clicked, or whatever.

I just Googled your iTunes problem and found that others have had a similar issues. You could try contacting iTunes Tech support at the following address: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/download/ and send them an email, or you could call Apple tech support. I think their number is still 1-800-800-2775.
