A Short List*

  • This morning has started out well because I have very little pain.
  • There is a basket of laundry waiting for me to get started on it
  • Every time I put things off, I am always amazed that they are so easy when I get round to doing them
  • I just found a T-shirt on the Internet that I HAD to send to my younger son. I thought of him the minute I saw it. EDIT: Go HERE to see the T-shirt!
  • Yesterday I got my order of Marmite through the mail. A box of six 500 g jars of Marmite… Yum!               EDIT: Marmite love–go here!
  • Tomorrow I go to physical therapy in a pool.
  • It is going to be hot today
  • I slept well last night with no Clonopin
  • I will call Beth today and set up a massage date now I can drive
  • Bye…

This is so great! And you KNOW I’m excited for you to get a massage! 😀

August 1, 2007

I’m excited to see what the T-shirt says. J thought you may’ve told me and was demanding to know. I said, “Even if she had told me, I wouldn’t tell you!” That was fun 🙂

August 1, 2007

I am curious about what the teeshirt says, too! And I know you will enjoy your new supply of Marmite. :o) !! hugs, Weesprite

You seem to be overcoming huge hurdles with ease. Looks like you’ll be in no difficulty once Italy appears.

Hopefully the pt in the pool won’t be so hard on your muscles and cool you off at the same time. 🙂

doctor whooooohhhhhhh, doctor who! 🙂 Where do you order your marmite from? I should clink the link right. Glad you have less pain today!!

August 1, 2007

I haven’t the slightest idea who my first doctor was. And why is everyone asking you what the T-shirt says when you provided a link to the webpage that has it? And I’m happy for the obvious progress you’re making with the physical therapy, even when it isn’t fun.

August 1, 2007

I love the shirt. J will too!

August 1, 2007

Dr. Who. I wonder how many of his friends will “get it” LOL! Great shirt!

August 1, 2007

Cool shirt! Glad to hear you sounding so chipper! Hope your day was grand! Love ya! ~M

I’m so glad that you’re feeling better. Cool shirt!

You’re sounding so great. 🙂 I read the website and still do not quite “get” what marmite is…but as long as you love it so much, it must be goo.

August 1, 2007

So, what are you going to do in Italy if you can’t bring your marmite along? 😉

Cool shirt! As for the marmite…. well, I think you can safely have my share. L Hugs, M

I kind of get the t-shirt but I’ve never seen the program. I noticed at the Marmite site that THEY have t-shirts! You must need one that says, “J’adore Marmite”. 🙂

We lived in England for several years – loved going back to my roots. I loved the fog; I loved the smell of sheep poop; I even loved having to eat pizza with a knife and fork. I loved everything about that country – except for Marmite.

Do you spread marmite on your toast? My friend from England loves that. Italy is lovely…we spent a month there two years ago, and it was so rewarding to be able to communicate in Italian. In the little towns that must be centuries old, speaking Italian is an absolute must. Ah, to be in Italy again.
