A List of Stuff

  • Today I went for a massage. It was my first one for a couple of months. It was not that I didn’t want to go {although I have only bought enough prepaid massages this year for once a month because I am trying to build up my traveling fund again.} It was that I would keep scheduling and have to cancel because of snow and icy roads. It actually was snowing a bit as I set off this morning but I absolutely ignored it and it went away.
  • I forgot to mention that la professoressa brought us Italian sparkling water and biscotti to class to refresh us during the test. I didn’t like to tell her that I think the taste of mineral water is disgusting so I chugged it down with a smile. The biscotti were nice, though.
  • For some reason, the massage maybe? I seem to have a fair amount of energy and optimism this evening.
  • No class this coming Tuesday since it is Spring Break but we we have to make up on Thursday the class that was canceled when la professoressa was ill..
  • I MUST do laundry tomorrow. Both laundry baskets, white and not white {sounds positively racist, doesn’t it! } are stuffed full. Maybe I will put the sheets in the machine before I leave for physical therapy at 10 am.
  •  The book club meet on Tuesday night and I am finding the book hard going… This may have something to do with the fact that my attention is mostly given to watching Star Trek: Voyager DVDs!

I find it funny you are doing racist laundry and your first noter is FreeAtLast! hehehe Could life be any more weird? I think the massage and higher energy is directly related. Could you do them with the PT gals advice or maybe orders and get them on your insurance? Just a thought. have fun…dan

I have spent the entire day reading, I read two books today and ate chocolate and curled up with my cat. And should have probably been doing other things. Oh well. I also did laundry today, I organize into whites, colors, and black. Now isn’t that even worse?! 😛

Oh, did you have to remind me about doing laundry? I’ve been pretty successful about putting it out of my mind today. What book are you struggling through?

I wish I could have a massage and watch Star Trek. That would be heaven.

ooooh, your massage sounds soooo very nice!!! Heehee, racist laundry- now I’ve heard it all!!! HUgs, M

Love the racist laundry remark! I do that too, flinging stuff into one of two baskets until they’re full and hand them off to J to take downstairs to cycle through. I can’t stand mineral water either, there’s something about it that I just can’t handle. Have no idea why either.

I don’t like sparkling water either! I’d have had a hard time trying to chug it down without a grimace! :o) !! hugs, Weesprite

Laundry is the bane of our existence! Never goes away, no matter how often you do it! Ick. I feel the same way about dusting. Makes you wanna come live here, doesn’t it?????? Love to you. ~M

Is there anything “positive” about racist laundry? HAHAHAHA! That massage sounds so good right now.

I think I’m going to take a class in Italian. Our local community college offers them every year or so.
