A Drawing
This is the drawing I did for homework over the Memorial Day weekend. On the whole, I am pleased with it. However, I must remove what look like smudged fingerprints right above the container of cream from Bath Works–see them?
This morning I used the last of the coffee! This means I have to go to the store and get some more. You can be sure that Fred won’t be the only one who will be pleased when he gets his car back!
Ok, as soon as I am finished here and finished my coffee, it is time for me to go for a walk. Then it is back to studying the principals {AAAAGH! WRONG SPELLING! Thank you, G!} of design. I have pretty well got them memorized but I want Fred to test me one more time.
Until later…
very good!!! No I didn’t see those marks.

Oh thank you for posting your drawing, Patricia! Excellent work. I didn’t notice the smudge until you mentioned it and it is very faint.

I don’t mean to sound shocked…I have no doubt that you would do well at whatever you put your mind to. I especially like the pump dispenser. I could reach out and touch it!

You did a very good job, especially on the shading. Have you taken previous drawing classes, or is this your first attempt at learning to draw? If it is your first, you can’t tell. I’m impressed. 🙂

Very impressive. 🙂

Good drawing. The smudge makes it look as if the jar is steaming – but I wouldn’t have noticed it before you mentioned it. (should I make the “wrong principles” comment?)

we were taught how to spell the principal at school. remember the principal is your pal. maybe that will help.

love the drawing.

very nice. you got the spatiality (is that a word?) right. the containers look round and scale and proportional to one another. you draw very well.

Patricia – I really like that.
