small and big news

 -Im an auntie Elina as of yesterday (we were all expecting a boy, including the doctors, so when a girl came, we were all very surprised)

-being an aunt, is different than i thought it would be. Im so excited. I didnt think i would be THIS excited. But i am. (i hope they let me take as many photographs as I want of her with my fancy shmancy camera)

-i couldnt stop staring at her small lips and fingers and eyes and oh! 

-i went skydiving (second time) with brian 

-skydiving second time around, was better than the first time. I actually remember the sensation of being on the edge of that plane, and looking down and thinking "wow, im going to jump into that world" and the sensation of jumping and looking back at the plane and just the pure beauty of it (i was smiling the entire time)

-brian and i are going to spend 4 days in the cabin in NY next to the delaware river and I cant fathom how much I will relax

-i walked into a glass wall today because I was THAT sleepy

-marriage and babies are on my mind

-I got a remote control for my camera and im excited for self portraits

-i need to do work so I can feel good about having fun this weekend with my family in nyc

-school starts in a couple weeks, im not ready, but thats not news, is it?
