I slept till noon today. It was pretty wonderful.
I couldn’t walk this morning when I got out bed though, yesterday’s derby practise was way more taxing on my body than I initially thought.

I spent all day shopping by myself.
I was looking for some grey skinny jeans. No luck though. I didn’t think it was going to be this difficult.

I walked passed a drunk woman shouting at people in the street next to wilkinsons- can of special brew in hand.
"That’s karma! that’s karma! Look inside yourselves you bunch of fucking cunts!"
hahaha, I just kept my head down and walked passed her.

I watched frozen planet tonight. Elroy watched most of it with me.
He was watching all the animals with his ears pricked, so cute.

It’s nearly 2 weeks till I go to Canada. It’s come round so quickly.
I realise I haven’t really written about that at all and since I don’t have much to say today perhaps I should write about that instead.
I’m going to Toronto on 30 November for 7 days to watch the Roller Derby World Championships.
I’m going with Niks and we’re meeting Cece there, though she’s only coming for the weekend.

We arrive on a Wednesday.
We’re going shopping on Thursday morning and Thursday evening there’s a roller derby match.
Then Friday, Saturday and Sunday there are roller derby bouts from 9:30am to 10:30pm. ALL day!
The weekend pass tickets are $100, so after spending that much money we really want to try and watch as much of the action as we can!
Monday morning and afternoon we’re going on a day trip to Niagra falls and then Monday night we’re going out drinking and going to the casino. (It wouldn’t be a proper Niks and Edi holiday if we didn’t go gambling)
Tuesday evening I fly home and land back in Bristol on Wednesday morning.
I mentioned a few entries back that I was feeling a little guilty about booking this trip on a whim when I’m trying to save money. I’m still finding it a little difficult to really look forward to this trip, but I know it’s going to be ossum when we get there.
