365 days in a year

I went shopping yesterday, all day, by myself, and it was wonderful.
I got all the things I need for my skating uniform now that I’m on a team.
I got some cute black shorts, some green and white socks from American Apparel and a nice sports bra from the LaSenza sale.
I also got a new dressing gown. It’s purple and really soft and fuzzy.
I’m going to donate my old one to charity since there’s nothing wrong with it other than it was too big for me and I wanted one that wasn’t made of toweling.
Somehow managed to spend £7 in the pound store, but for a change I didn’t come home with 7 bits of crap, I got 7 very useful very needed things instead.

I’ve seen the doctor about my knee and she said I can start skating again, slowly, gently and tentatively.
I’m going to training tonight. I don’t think I have any choice but to take it easy.. I’ve been off skates for 2 months and I’m feeling really unfit.

I’ve signed up for a 365 project where you have to take one photo every day for a year.
I’m trying to ignore the fact that it’s a leap year, perhaps I could just have a rest on the 29th of February?
I have 2 friends and 1 OD friend all doing one and I thought hell, why not.
I’d like to think I’ll see it through, but can’t be sure.

I’m going to try and post my photos here too. I won’t be writing everyday (that would be like NoJoMo, but all year, I think I would die) but I’ll post them in bunches every time I do write.

I uploaded this picture straight from my camera. i.e. there was no editing.
I have a feeling most of my photos will appear with zero editing, especially during the summer when work goes ballistic and I have no time for a life of my own.
