I’m not an outgoing person, nor am I patient with people. I had friends before, a lot of them. Best year of my life was when I was around the most people, I was on a nursery landscape team, it felt like family. I had to move away and I’ve tried to reconnect once or twice but it’ll never be the same. Classes are easy for the most part, I work hard and get good grades. My dad wants me to make more friends, forced me to get my hair cut. I love my hair, I had good hair and he took time out of the day everyday to tell me my hair looks like shit. But he had my hair cut because he wants me to make friends, I don’t think I want to make friends with anyone here, if I do I’ll eventaully just drift away from them in the end. I run a lot, I might run track in January. What’s the difference between cross-country and track anyways? I can start cross-country but I don’t want to join after it already started. Anyways, I look like a balding 8 year old now because of my hair getting cut and most interactions I’ve had are awkward at worst so I’m thinking this will be a good year at least.
How does cutting your hair help you make friends?
@thezeppoinmyownlife no idea, he’s balding so I guess misery loves company

Listen, you will be who you are. Not what people want you to be. Frack that noise. https://dailyutahchronicle.com/2015/09/23/exploring-the-fine-line-between-track-and-cross-country/
