Feeling better.
I am much improved after my accident of 2 weeks ago. However I have to get physio treatment for a while as my neck is still causing me problems. I just have to remember not to turn it too fast as it’s still quite painful. But I am back at work on Monday where apparently I have been missed. It’s nice to be appreciated.
Husband has looked after me very well, done everything around the house, cooked, cleaned and looked after me. He says he now needs a holiday!
Melissa has enjoyed her first week at university, even though most of her classmates have just left school. The only class she is not quite enjoying yet is IT, where they have started teaching from ‘turn on your computer’ more or less. When they get up to Powerpoint that’s when she starts to learn and won’t find it boring. She’s just hoping it happens soon!
They have had tremendous heat in West Australia and like us have had no rain. I can’t remember when it last rained here. The forecast on Thursday and Friday was for storms but even though there were lots of clouds, not a bit of rain fell.
This was supposed to be my weekend in Melbourne. I can’t see it happening now as it’s only over 2 months until our overseas trip. Maybe we can go down a few days beforehand in April and visit everyone, especially my brother Ian.
I still have a few bookings to make for our trip. Train trips need to be booked but bookings don’t open until March. Apart from that, everything’s just about done. Before we know it, we’ll be flying away.
I can’t wait for it all to happen!
Bye…..
Glad that you’re starting to get better!

We get more and more Aussie news these days. The latest report was of kangaroos running amok through a golf course as they seek water and grass. Rough weather these days. So Husband has a new respect for what you do, eh? Play it up, girl! 🙂 Glad you are feeling better. **HUGS** RYN: That “friend” had to know that after so many years of silence after her bad behavior, she neededto start with an apology but she couldn’t even manage a “sorry we drifted apart” because she was afraid I’d remind her of why we drifted apart.

Have you considered a chiropractor for the neck pains? (Only one recommended by a trusted person would be good; you have to be careful when it comes to chiropractors).

Ta for note. Are we going to be in Europe at the same time?

RYN: This wasn’t really a concert, though, which I have no problem with singing along, too. This was a formal presentation, including opera.
