Well….
Well we are here…in the new place. I LOVE IT. The moment we have everything in here and put away I’ll make a video and take you guys on a tour of our new place. We got our washer and dryer. Yay!! We also got a new table [glass top] and we had to get a new couch and love seat. Well we weren’t going to do the couch and love seat, we were going to wait until tax time. We went to the storage where the rest of our stuff is, and somehow water got in there and soaked the couch and love seat. Therefore there was mold all over the cushions. Not a happy camper we were. We called the owner and seeing there is no structural damage he isn’t at fault.
We still have a few things in Pats mom’s basement and stuff in storage. We have all the stuff from my moms…plus fuzzy…and it looks good so far. I put some pictures up yesterday. Everyday it’s looking more and more like home. ๐
Kids went and had there 2 year well child check. In the words of Dr. Smith I have “perfect children”. Riley weighed in at 31lbs and is 2ft 6in. and Owen weighed in at 28lbs. and is 2ft 4in. They are growing and doing everything they are suppose to. We don’t go back until June 22, 2010…unless someone gets sick, and we all know it’s bound to happen. They love the new place. They love that all there toys are back, and there is more room to run. Owen has figured out how to open the front door and the sliding glass door. Tried bolting them and he figured out how to undo the bolt. Ugh, what to do with him? Riley is my little mommy. She follows me and helps with everything. If Owen is doing something wrong, she’ll go up to him and say “no no no!!” Today we made chicken for dinner and I kept turning the oven light on every 5 minutes and I’d ask her how our chicken was doing and she’d say “chicken” [sorta] and “hot”. It was so cute.
I went to the Ortho today for my hand/wrist. The doctor squeezed the lump and a shooting pain went through my arm and I was ready to hit him. It constantly hurts, and the pain travels to my elbow a majority of the time. Last night even though I was drugged up with my pain killers, they didn’t even touch the pain. I was so ready to go to sleep and I couldn’t because it hurts that bad. The only time I don’t feel much of anything is when I’m completely asleep. I deal with it through the day and take my Ibuprofen…I see another doctor on Thursday, so we’ll see what he says. I have a hearing for this stuff on the 7th of July, so keep an eye out for that news.
Well it’s midnight [EST] and Pat should be on his way home from work and Jen should be coming to get Em. Love to all.
♥ Amanda
