Hey there everyone. Again another entry. I am becoming pretty good at this updating thing. I’m so proud. Well apparently I wasn’t clear on what happened to me and why I had to go to court last night so I will explain it better, hopefully. On September 16th I sold a six pack of Budweiser Select to a 19 year old girl. They did a state sting on all the gas stations in Ontario county. Only 3 failed and I was one of the 3. And for those who don’t know, a state sting is when the sheriffs send out under aged people to all different stores to see if the cashiers are doing there jobs in making sure they I.D everyone that appears under the age of 30. I did half my job. I asked for her I.D and she said no. I asked if she had someone who could vouch for her and she said no but I still sold her the alcohol anyways. I had a feeling in my gut that she was there for a sting and an hour later my suspicion turned into a reality. The cops showed up and arrested me. I didn’t go to jail and I doubt I will. I got arrested for Unlawfully Dealing With A Child which in the State of New York is a misdemeanor offense. When I went to court last night the judge called me up and gave me the Accusation paper. Saying that the people of the state of New York are against me. Along with that he also gave me a card on how to get a lawyer so I called the number this morning and seeing that I am under 21 I have to have a parental claim, meaning that my mom and dad have to both sign the papers. The women sent them out in the mail today. When I got back from taking Brandon to the dentist, I called the District Attorney to see if I could talk to him, but seeing that I was already had been arrested that I couldn’t speak to him because that was “there policy.” So now I have to sit and wait to see if I can get a lawyer and if I can I have to get everything situated with the lawyer by November 9th which is my next court date. Hmm, let’s go to the lighter side of life: John. He’s good. I seen him for maybe 15 minutes last night seeing that I fell asleep on the couch. He came over after work and came in and woke me up. I looked up and all I seen was his face. He talked to me for a bit, but I could barely keep my eyes opened. So he went home and I went to my room and waited for him to call me when he got home. He did and when my phone rang it scared the shit out of me. He let me know he was home, that he loved me and I went to sleep. Woke up this morning and had to get Brandon then I had my interview today with Applebee’s. I think it went good. I have to wait until next week to see if I get called in for a second interview. The guy who interviewed me, Geoff, said he was going to recommend me to the department manager. So I hope it all goes good. Anyways, back to John. He is coming to get me tonight. Gonna go spend time with him. Not sure if I am going to stay, but 10 to 1 I probably will. It didn’t feel right without waking up to him last night seeing that I was with him for 5 days straight. Plus he has my damn Peanut M&M’s damn it!!

Mom’s all in suspense right now. I told he that John is going to be working at Pactiv, the same company my mom works at, and she wants him to work her shift, 4-12:30, and work in her department. She asked me today where John is, and she asked me this when I walked in the door and I was like “I hope he’s home” and she was like “no where is he in Pactiv?” I said that I didn’t know because he didn’t know and she was like “the suspense is killing me.” I laughed. He finds out tomorrow what shift he has and the department. He’s excited. I’m happy for him.

Anyways, I think that is it for this entry. It is 6 years long…and since I do all my entries on Microsoft Word it is 4 pages long. Good god!! So PLCG!! I’ll probably update tomorrow. *kisses to all*
