She finds herself staring at the detail on the banister.  BANISTER!  That’s what those friggin things are called!  Or are they?  Maybe it’s just railing.  What the eff is a banister?  Something to do with beds?  Sheila questions her knowledge of everything in the world, before going back to examining the railing which she will now call railing because she thinks banisters probably have something to do with beds.
