Poetry: Left Untold

Left Untold
=============
I feel his reprimand
Creeping through your eyes —
Behind the vacancy
Of his child-born lies.

In sync and runnning
These thoughts still do flow;
A blink of cunning
Lets these emotions go.

I need to recite
The poems of this place —
I need to invite
Your hands ’round my face.

In certainty I do know
Of the sacrifice you’ve made —
In sanctity you’ll grow
From the grasp you’ve laid.

Behind closed doors
Is where all is told —
From sun, from moon,
Our story’s untold.

I like the way you write. Wonder how the story ends.

your poetry flirts with cliche and dances with the tawdry, but is wildly sucessful in its concepts and lyrical in its exicution. normally i dont go for this style, but youve pulled it off well
