Poetry: Breaking Free
Breaking Free
===============
No words can topple
The barriers you’ve built —
Like Great Walls they tower
Constructed of doubt and guilt.
Asphyxiated by stress,
Abominated by reason,
The feelings of remorse
Flogged by self-treason.

Can you write me a poem based on everything in my diary? There’s less than 10 entries right now. Do it only if you have time. I am curious as to your poetic take.

The only “important” parts are up until the entry “Capsized Boats…” I’ve already written some poems (on those entries), but most are old and growing stagnant, and I am eager to hear (read) another fresh voice.
