Happy Birthday Isaiah

Today is officially Isaiah’s 6th birthday. We will celebrate (again) by going out to dinner and giving him the chance to actually play with some of his new toys. Chewie and I ended up getting Isaiah a bunch of clothes because he desparately needs them, and because we looked at two toy stores and couldn’t find any other toys he could possibly need or want.

In other news, after I got done telling the corporate office the story of "the door" at our townhouse, they ended up waving the cost of repairs. Good thing, too. Because I have pictures. Lots, and lots of pictures that would do any small-claims court proud.

And in other, other news, do you guys know the restaurant Famous Dave’s? Do they have those where you live? Well, I had a lunch meeting with his son yesterday. Kinda cool. And the son is ~~hot.~~ HOT. Tall, dark hair and eyes, great dresser….

Famous Dave’s advertises in one of the magazines I work with. They have a classified ad in there. I’ve never eaten there though. Happy Birthday to Isaiah! :))

Yay Happy Birthday Isaiah!!! Toys are overrated – sometimes a man just needs some socks. Wait, how the hell did you get to have a lunch meeting with Not As Famous Son Of Dave? RYN I know, but no other color works on it either. 🙁

I like that you called me kid. I like when people say “Damn, son!” when they’re talking to me too. I don’t like being called “boy” though and I don’t know why that is.

Glad they dropped the charges on the door. I had a similar issue with a hole in the wall where we lived before we got our house. It was written on the form when we moved in. Not our problem nothing was done about it until after we moved out. Famous Dave’s rocks! Love that place! We don’t have one where we live but when we come to the cities area we always find one! We don’t have any Famous Dave’s here in TN unless you count my hubby, but he’s not famous so I guess that doesn’t count…well, they may have some in the bigger cities like Nashville and Memphis but I don’t remember ever seeing one…
