felt like writing rather than working.

i don’t have much to write about.

so i am throwing together a bunch of stuff that i should have mentioned before but didn’t.

did you know that i live in money magazine’s number one best city to live in in the united states? this is old news but i just remembered it. and if you click on the link, the picture next to the words "and the winner is" is about 42 feet from my front door. its the entryway to the beach and park we take isaiah and madaya too all the time.

have i mentioned i love where i live? i live about two blocks from a large lake. my home has an "up north at the cabin feel" based on the surrounding forests and the lake. you would never know i was 8 minutes from minneapolis. i see wild turkeys and foxes regularily when i am out for walks. i also drive along the scenic lake front every day when i go to and from work.

right now i get to see all of the idiots out on the lakes ice fishing. there are houses sprinkled across the lake with the occassional pick up truck parked just outside. i don’t care how cold it gets here. i will never drive my car onto the lake.

so i agree with money magazine. this is the best place to live. i never want to leave.

tried for several moments to get into work today using my house key. that’s sort of like a freudian slip.

i guess i have been spending too much time here lately.

and i sucks because it is freezing outside and any moment spent trying to use the wrong key is a moment i could get hypothermia.

going to lunch at benihanas today (sorry homer, Ms TT and MsNS). meeting some friends and playing hookie for the rest of the day from work.

going out with chewie’s sisters tomorrow because his youngest sister turned 21 the other day.

oy.

not sure how i will survive the night.

i think i was asked to go so i can be sober cab.

oh well. hope i don’t fall asleep.

did i tell you didn’t win the fantasy football championship?

i was the undisputed champion the entire season.

so i entered the final game as the number one seed.

i lost by three points.

THREE POINTS.

but maybe it means they will let me back in the league next year because a girl didn’t win first place.

at least i won some money.
