Yes, finally, I’ve done it – moved out.  Although the reasons for wanting to leave have changed drastically since I first had the idea of leaving, I have always wanted to live in Melbourne. 
And now I do – living with Julia, Nige and Pat, in a three bedroom place in Parkville and it’s beautiful.  I love our street, I love our house, I love my housemates and it’s so great to finally have a place to call mine, and it really feels like home.
Surprising how quickly things can change, and how beautiful it can be.

Only problems at the moment are:
no blinds in my room = waking up at 7 all the time
still working at my old job = coming back all the time to Gisborne

But with any luck these things will change shortly!
