I didn’t really feel it would be appropriate to say the Jackanator, you know?  I used to call myself the Hermanator, so….it sticks, for now.

Today has been an easy-going day, thus far.  I went to lunch with Nanny and Mama.  Nanny was all raving about people on the news, but she didn’t attack anyone we know personally, so that’s still a good thing.  Idiots on the news, let her tear them to shreds, for all I care!

She wants to get me some new boxer-briefs for my birthday.  I’m all in favor of that, because SOMEBODY (who shall remain nameless, but his initials are Peter Micheal Forstmann!!!!!) keeps raiding my undies.

If she can’t find a good deal on them today, she is giving me money for some tomorrow.  As Florence Ballard once said, "Give MEEEE that gold, and I’ll do my OWN shoppin’!"

We will be visiting Memaw this afternoon when Mama gets out of school.

Dee has been coming over again.  For those who forgot who he is, he’s the one that kept me really busy (thank GOD!) repairing computers not long ago.  We like him, and he’s also bringing me more work.  Since he actually pays me, it will be even better!  I don’t mind working on a friend’s computer, if it’s not too bad.  What I mind is having to rebuild one from scratch for free, unless it’s a close friend…like Lola.  I’d do almost anything for her or Harpo.

Oh yeah, Lola….Stacy has been calling me lately.  She mentioned you, and I beat way the hell around the bush.  She asked if you had a phone, and I lied to her!!!!!  I said you didn’t; that when you call us, it’s from a neighbor’s phone.  I hate lying, but I also understand why you don’t want her mixed up in your business.  She said she wants to get hold of you, because she misses you.  She said it would be nice if you could come over and hang out sometimes.  Hold your damn fire, k?  I know you don’t want to go!

I also told Stacy that I didn’t know where you worked.  All I knew, so I SAID, was that you worked through the temp agencies.  Since that is kind of true, I don’t feel like I really all-the-way lied on that count.  She asked if you still were at CM, and I told her no.  Without realizing what I was boxing myself into, I told her you had another place, and I wasn’t sure where it was.

Anyway…..

Harpo, if you read this, know one thing.  I plan to bitch-slap Jenn one of these days.  I understand she called MY DAUGHTER "some whore" a few weeks ago.  Now, she has no reason to do that, and I don’t appreciate it!!!!!!

And I won’t forget it, either, because it is stuck in long-term.  It applies to my girl!!!!!

I hope I can actually make some progress with Dee’s computer(s) this time around.  I still have one should-be-good tower over here.  He is bringing one like it for spare parts.  Also, one of his computers does not wish to let him burn cds.  I don’t know what’s happening with that, but I’ll do my best to fix it.  I hope it’s not too difficult.

John and David, David and John.  You guys are so nice to talk to, and I’m grateful that you put up with me, even when I’m so weird.  To quote Clairee from Steel Magnolias, "You know I love ya more than my luggage."
