I think perhaps my counselor helped me destroy a phobia today.  I didn’t panic either time I went to the store today, and that was the phobia we were working on!  I will keep everyone posted on whether or not this phobia is gone.

In other news…..

Mikey’s been smober for two months tonight.  I’m so proud of him.  I never knew if he could pull it off, but he has!  I didn’t know if I could, either, so don’t think I’m all high on myself.  I hit two months three nights ago.

We met Brian yesterday.  I re-met him,  and Mikey met him for the first time.  I haven’t seen Brian since 2001….that almost came out "1200"….have I been around THAT long?!!!!

I’m a little more than forty, eh? lol

Anyway…..

It’s smoother going each day, feels like, except that Mikey’s getting depressed.  I suspect it’s actually Hank, not Mikey.  I don’t really know.  Have to ask.  We’ll pull through.  That’s a promise, because I refuse NOT TO pull through!!!!!!

So we still march ahead.  About damn time we did it willingly.
