Mow, Mow, Mow the lawn, gently or you die

Set, of course, to the same tune as rowing your boat gently down the stream.

I am one exhausted big boy right now.  Just finished mowing on the damn lawn again.  Not even half finished….rue the day we agreed to mow this triple-sized lawn each time it needs it….for a $25 discount on rent!!!!  Shit!  We should have told  Monty (landlord) that we’d  do it if we got  to live here for his paying us $25 and have no rent!  Har har har.  Like THAT would ever play.

Really, though, it IS a big lawn.  There used to be another house in front of ours, which is why it’s so damn big.  It’s probably just double-sized, but it’s still big.

K, enough OCD.  They know it’s big now.  Too bad I’m talking about my lawn hehehehe.

Yes, it’s Piers, and I’m in a decent mood.  Today, I lay down for a nap about 1pm, I think, and I didn’t wake up until almost 5pm.  We were out of smokes, and boy did I feel better after a four-hour nap with no nicotine.  I didn’t realize that part of the problem with my general body fatigue and stuff was the smoking.  I mean, I’m not stupid…I know it limits breathing capabilities and such, but I didn’t realize how high it apparently drives my blood pressure, which leads to MORE swelling and bloating, which leads to my whining about how bad I feel.

So.

Memaw used to say (and might still, for all I  know) "with a needle  and thread" when we said "so" around her.  I guess I haven’t said it around her lately, because I don’t know if she still says that.

It’s a jolly ‘oliday with Piersy?
