Goodbye, Sadness

As Yoko said…I don’t need you anymore. Goodbye, goodbye saaaaaadness, I don’t need you anymore!

Barbara was quite emotional and, for once, depressed on the outside. Mortality is never an easy thing to face head-on. Luck had it that Nanny was in a fair mood. I don’t know that I’d say she was necessarily NICE, but she wasn’t mean, and that’s close enough for me.

Lately, I realize I’ve been a bit more OCD about things. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a nasty little thing that can sneak up and surprise the afflicted. I have a daughter afflicted with it, as well….Elisabeth, as though she were my namesake.

I’m wearing my favorite long, flowing skirt, which Mikey hates. With it, I have a light blue denim Cowboys shirt. I don’t know from whence the shirt cometh, but I like it enough with my skirt. It matches better than anything else. That’s the problem with this damn skirt. Nothing matches it!!!!!

Perhaps Lola will entertain the notion of coming down this weekend. Tomorrow is her birthday, so drop by her diary here and leave her a message! She’ll be 22 years old. Yeah, right! But I won’t disclose her REAL age, out of mock politeness.

Much love to all,

Elizabeth Louise

Yes I will be coming for a visit this weekend. Thank you for not disclosing my real age. Have I ever seen this skirt you are wearing? I do not remember it.
