Back in the saddle again

Well, we’re back in the house. The lights, water, phone, cable tv, and cable internet are all hooked up, so all we lack, for the first damn time in our marriage, is hot water again. Well, utility-wise. We lack our kids and grandkids’ presence, too.

Tiffany is in a mental hospital. She’s been there since last Thursday, and she’ll be there until two weeks have played out from that date. I’m not sure what date that will make her release date. CPS is reopening her case, apparently, because she’s been verbally abusive to the kidlets. I have faith that God will see us through. It’s the only thing I can believe. I didn’t wait THIS LONG to have a family only to lose it before I really even have it!!!!

Elisabeth is coming for a visit this summer. She’s bringing Benny with her, with our blessing. They’re sleeping in WAY separate places, of course! 😉

All is passable. It’s getting better, bit by bit. I can’t really complain, but I do it anyway. I’ll write more tomorrow, hopefully.
