A good Sunday? Whodda thunk?!!!!

Proving it, bit by bit……

This is Piers de Corte comin’ atcha live live live at (shortly after) 3:45!!!!

Today has been a good day!  I’m impressed!  I never enjoy Sundays anymore.  Today, Mikey and Jack woke up, talked a bit, wrote in the diaries, drank more coffee, drank more coffee, drank more coffee (get the idea?!), and watched the Left Behind movie.

It started out being Hank and Betty watching it, but I think it captivated Mikey, which is actually kinda fun to see happen! 😉

Nobody in here has lost the temper today.  We’ve sniped a little, but nothing more than sharp-edged teasing.  It feels good to say that it’s almost 4pm and I haven’t lost my temper.  Is this a miracle?!!!  It might be!

The blood sugar keeps suddenly dropping, and that causes some miscommunications, but hey, we’re supposed to be grownups, so if we don’t ASK another person for help, we logically do not have grounds to get angry if another doesn’t help, right?  Of course I’m right!  This time I KNOW I am.  Courtesy cannot be demanded.  Wow, what a concept!  Learning the lessons that Nanny never quite seemed to grasp.  Oh fuckin’ well, as long as I DO learn them, right?

After talking with Amie last night, everyone in here decided that we need to write more about in-person friends and family.  It never dawned on us how we ignore that topic so often to focus only on ourselves.  When one is a virtual hermit, this can easily happen.  I still can’t face public places easily, but I’m trying to figure all these fucked-up phobias out and eliminate them.

This morning, Thelma successfully held Oscar at bay when the boy began to panic.  I was proud of the way that went down.  Hope everyone else in here and in Mikey’s body was, too.

There is a time and place for anger, for happiness, for sadness, for outrage, for humor….these are the lessons we are learning the hard way.  Damn me, I’ve ALWAYS had to learn things the hard way!  Better that than the DEAD way, huh?

K, I’m gonna cut it loose for now.  Everybody take care!

Ciao for now,

PdC

p.s.  Somebody please give Garritt a hug and kiss from me, since I can’t seem to con him out and do it myself!

Glad you are having a good Sunday. I woke up a little upset and was missing Malcolm That happens alot on the weekends especially on Sunday. Curtis had beer in the icebox. I was glad I choose the kool-aid instead of the beer.
