I WAS on the phone with Mikey.  Fucked if the goddamned landlady didn’t call after 9pm, because they are having their water heater worked on.  I guess PETER is the only one capable of talking to her, because everybody he lives with are apparently not brave enough or capable enough.  Are they chicken or stupid?  Hmmmmm.
